Welcome to our 100 club

A great way for you to support us whilst having a bit of a flutter! Here’s how it works…

Complete and sign the attached membership form and pay us £12 or £24 for the year (for one or two numbers) by either bank transfer (Account number 17546384 sort code 05-04-49 Yorkshire Bank) or

PayPal(linbeedogrehomingossett@gmail.com – pay to friends and family and name 100 club)

This buys you one or two membership number (that we will allocate), which enters you into the monthly draw. All participants must be over 18.

 The draw will take place on the last day of each month.

The name of the winner will be announced in a live draw on Linbee dog rehoming fundraising facebook  page.

The prize money will be 50% of the membership fee taken that month. The remaining 50% goes to Linbee to help fund vet bills, equipment and resources needed for dogs in our care.

100 club rules

Purpose

The purpose of the 100 club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the Linbee dog rehoming bank account and used to fund vet bills, equipment and resources for dogs in our care

1.     For a cost of £12/£24 annually you will be allocated one number between one and 100.

2.     A draw will be made every month with a 1st and 2nd prize.

3.     The prizes will total 50% of the annual income.

4.     This will be apportioned as: 60% 1st prize and 30% 2nd prize (ie if we have 100 members each month £50 will go to Linbee, the remaining £50 split between the winners so 1st prize £30 2nd prize £20). 

5.     The 100 club is a private lottery and is open to all members of Linbee fundraising facebook page, their friends and family.

6.     Numbers are limited to two per household.

7.     Payments must be made annually by bank transfer or Paypal.  One months notice is required for cancellation.

8.     Members numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.

9.     If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.

10.  The draw will be made on the last day of each month and the winners paid within one week of this date.

11.  The name and numbers for each months winners will be posted on the Linbee fundraising facebook page.

12.  The 100 club will be run by Linbee dog rehoming. In case of any dispute their decision is final.

13.  Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 club if his/her subscription is not paid.

14.  If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Linbee funds after six months.
